1. How soon can you deliver the bouquet?
| Orders
taken prior to 10:00
A.M will be delivered on the same
day. Orders after 10:00 A.M will
be delivered on the next day. Large orders or special events please
provide 72 hours
notice. |
2. How do you handle seasonal fruit?
| We
do our best to provide all the fruit at all seasons.
If for some unfortunate reason that we
can not obtain the best quality of fruit we may substitute
the fruit. |
3. Which areas do you deliver?
| We
deliver through-out the San Fernando area, and the
Los Angeles City area. Any deliveries
made within the 5 mile radius of Van Nuys are FREE.
Delivery costs will vary according
to distance, please call for pricing. |
4. Are your chocolate Kosher?
| All
chocolate bouquets are made with kosher dairy/Parve
chocolate. |
5. What form of payment do you accept?
| We
accept cash and all major credit cards. |
6. Once I have the bouquet how do I preserve it?
| Up
until the coming event the most ideal environment
is to refrigerate your bouquet with its
wrapping. Following your event you should also
refrigerate your bouquet in order to preserve
it at its best. |
7. Can I cancel my order?
| Cancellations
are to be made 12 hours in advance. Large
orders cancellations must be made 48 hours
in advance. |
8. Do I have to be there in order to accept delivery?
| Yes,
someone must accept the delivery since
this is a perishable item. |
